Description:
The training includes concepts of Process Work, practicing inner work, relationship work, group facilitation, and a case clinic to offer a space to share and deepen process work application in the organizational context.
Process Work interventions allow individuals to understand their own lives, discover the potential for themselves and their surroundings, to have more interaction and vibrancy among their parts, bringing out creativity, meaning, and happiness for increased connectivity. Process Work is a multi-dimensional whole system approach, discovering the natural fl
ow of evolution hidden behind polarizations and conflicts.

Gabryska Basiuk is a process work diplomat, systemic mediator, organization development consultant, B.onfire associate partner, and Faculty Member of the Deep Democracy Institute and of the Polish Processwork Institute. She assists leaders and teams in growing over their edges to embrace new emerging possibilities and to use their power consciously in pursuit of their personal and organizational goals.
Stephanie Bachmair is a process work diplomat, communication trainer, dialogue facilitator, and leadership coach, B.onfire founder and Faculty Member of the Deep Democracy Institute. She supports leaders, teams, and organizations to bring awareness in communication, facilitate their relationships, and increase their transformative power through dialogue.
